"Not really worth the price"

"Flowers were already wilting"
I was disappointed — I mean, I opened them up and the flowers were already starting to wilt. They just didn’t look fresh at all, and for what I expected, it was kind of a letdown.

I was disappointed when this arrived. The colors looked nothing like the photo, like not even close. The design also seemed a bit off, and the colors were just totally wrong. I kept comparing it to the listing picture because I thought maybe I was missing something, but nope, the colors were way off.

"Delivery was okay, but the arrangement fell short"
I appreciated that the sympathy arrangement was delivered without any issues, and ordering was straightforward. That said, I was disappointed when I saw it. It looked much sparser than I expected and didn’t feel as full or thoughtful as I’d hoped for such an important occasion. The flower quality also wasn’t great, which made it even more disappointing. I really wanted to like it, but overall it just didn’t meet my expectations.

Most of the time it’s been reliable for me, which I really appreciate. i was impressed at first. Then again, it did show up late once, and that was kind of annoying. Still, overall, I’d say it mostly does what it’s supposed to

"Such frustrating delivery communication"
I ordered flowers the delivery updates were basically nonexistent. I kept checking over and over because I had no idea when they were actually going to show up, which is super frustrating when flowers are usually for something time-sensitive. It really shouldn’t be that hard to keep customers in the loop. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Am I the only one whose issue never really got fixed?"
Am I the only one who feels like customer service can make a simple order issue feel way more frustrating than it needs to be? I had a problem with my order, so I reached out thinking it would get sorted out quickly.
The replies took longer than I expected, and I kept feeling like I had to explain the same thing over and over. It didn’t really feel like anyone was fully paying attention to what the actual issue was.

In the end, the fix they offered didn’t really help me, so I was still disappointed. I don’t think I’d order again after how it was handled...

"Same letdown with flowers not matching the photo"
I ordered an arrangement from mcshanflorist.com here we go again with flowers looking nothing like the picture. When they arrived, they looked tired and droopy, and the whole arrangement was way smaller than what was shown online.

The colors were off too, like they just used whatever they had left instead of making what I actually ordered. For what I paid, I expected much better, and I’m worn out from running into this same issue with flower orders. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered flowers, but what showed up was a completely different arrangement than what I paid for. It was frustrating, especially because I started wondering if I’d been fooled or if they were hoping I just wouldn’t notice. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Yeah, the checkout process was, like, way more annoying than I expected. It kept giving me trouble, and the final total wasn’t really clear until I was basically trying to pay. I ended up going back a few times to double-check things, which was just kind of frustrating. Overall, it definitely didn’t feel like a smooth ordering experience.

The flowers arrived completely crushed, and the box itself was flimsy and damp. I had to explain more than once that they were already ruined before I even opened everything up, which was frustrating. They definitely didn’t arrive in giftable condition.

I know McShan has a big reputation around Dallas, so I was expecting a little more. My order was just okay. The flowers looked a bit tired when they arrived, and the delivery was later than I expected. Customer service was polite enough, but they didn’t really do much to make it right. Sure I won’t be using them again.

I was trying to put together a bouquet that felt a little more personal, but the options were limited. I wanted it to feel like I had some say in what I was ordering, but it didn’t really come across that way.

I couldn’t really swap out flowers or choose the colors the way I had hoped. The little note box made it seem like I could ask for changes, but it felt more like my requests were just kind of there and not really considered.

For the price, I expected to have more control over the final bouquet. Instead, it felt like I was just supposed to pick from what was already available and not ask for anything different.

"I couldn’t find much that worked for me"
I was trying to order flowers for a birthday, but maybe I was being a little picky because the selection just didn’t feel like much. A lot of the arrangements looked similar to me, and I couldn’t really find enough styles or price options that fit what I had in mind. I was also kind of in a hurry, so I ended up leaving the site and looking somewhere else...

My experience was alright overall, but I’d warn others not to expect quick responses. Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it should. Not the worst experience, just something to keep in mind if you need help fast.

I ordered these flowers hoping they’d be a nice surprise, but they showed up really late and looked tired when they finally arrived. The recipient was disappointed, which was frustrating enough, but the way it was handled made me feel kind of dismissed, like it wasn’t a big deal. Not the experience I was expecting

"Wilted way too fast"
The flowers looked decent when they first arrived, but by the next day they were already drooping and they barely made it two days. For the price, I expected a lot better. Also, I’m not a fan of how the terms seemed to change after ordering, it just made the whole thing more frustrating
